Rest assured; each item is packed with care. Our white glove delivery service, provided by private shippers, ensures your items are delivered to the inside of your front door or garage.
Should you have specific delivery needs, such as exterior stairs, ferry rides, bridge tolls, or dirt roads, please let us know in advance. While our standard service is exceptional, additional costs may apply for special situations.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please promptly report any such damage within 72 hours of receipt. Please be aware that any damages reported after the initial 72-hour period may not be eligible for consideration, and any replacement will be at the customer's expense. To facilitate the resolution process, we kindly request that digital pictures of the damage be sent to us for our records.
